The history of E.R. Sawyer Jewelers is the history of family business. Ours is a story that began over 129 years ago and continues today with fifth genration owner and president Douglas Van Dyke.

In an 1895 newspaper advertisement for Sawyer's Jewelry Store we announced: "We are always willing and able to explain the character of the goods we offer...Any guarantee made by us has always been made good." Over a century later we still hold true to the same concepts of honesty and integrity.
